Pings: Wally is totally human so he does not really pick up or emit any sort of substantial spiritual alerts. If your character can 'sense' others, however, that's totally fine for you to do by me. Even if hes running real fast or being real sneaky.
Touching?: Totally permitted! Wally can be kinda touchy himself, too.
Sex and romance?: Both are totally fine with me. Wally is only 15 though so use your own discretion when it comes to sexual things. Wally also hits on girls a lot, so if that bothers you, please let me know. He is heterosexual as well!
Torture?: Feel free, but let's chat about what that would accomplish first.
Squicks: I have no squicks that would affect me in text form, so pretty much anything is fair game. There are some kinks that I would not play (inflation, vore, the like) however, so if it comes to sexual things, let me know if you'd like to do anything you'd consider a little strange. I'll probably be cool with it.
